2. He's dating the Orioles' head groundskeeper lady. Surely she must have taste.

3. He willingly goes by the name Shelley Duncan. That's like the quintessential baseball name. Perfect, especially for a Yankee.

Of course, I wouldn't be writing this if we hadn't won yesterday. Nyah. And yet again, Bedard doesn't get the win. But we came back. Can't let him down.

There was an article on Bedard in the New York Times yesterday. He's so normal I could squee. And it's good that he's finally being talked about. Not that he wants the attention, but he's earned it. People are acknowledging his presence now. He has the stuff and he's going to bring it. It's about respect.
